Ingredients: Love, sunshine, roasted Okanagan pumpkin, Okanagan Bartlett pears, filtered water, cream, onion, olive oil, garlic, cinnamon, sea salt, nutmeg, ginger, cloves, parsley, oregano, rosemary, thyme, sage, basil, celery seed, marjoram.
Available in 1-litre (32 oz) BPA-free and phthalate-free resealable bags.
Thawing instructions: Defrost overnight by placing your soup bag in the fridge. Or simply run hot water over the outside of the frozen bag until the soup releases from the sides of the bag.
Heating instructions: Invert contents of the soup bag into a pot and heat on medium, stirring frequently, until soup reaches the desired temperature.
Heat and serve the soup within a couple of days of thawing. Keep refrigerated after thawing. Our soups and chilis have no preservatives.

Hi Rebecca. So glad you like the soup! We have been making more and more of this particular soup as the years go on, and each year, we realize that there’s more demand than we budgeted for. We always have this soup on hand until at least the end of when local pumpkins are available, and we do try to announce when we are running low on inventory.
