{"id":59,"date":"2019-09-11T01:57:06","date_gmt":"2019-09-11T01:57:06","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/lovensunshine.ca\/?post_type=product&#038;p=59"},"modified":"2026-04-11T21:51:34","modified_gmt":"2026-04-11T21:51:34","slug":"creamy-broccoli-cheddar","status":"publish","type":"product","link":"https:\/\/lovensunshine.ca\/?product=creamy-broccoli-cheddar","title":{"rendered":"Creamy Broccoli &#038; Cheddar Soup"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong> \u00a0Love, sunshine, filtered water, broccoli, cream, onion, cheddar cheese, olive oil, cornstarch, garlic, sea salt, parsley, oregano, rosemary, thyme, sage, basil, celery seed, marjoram.<\/p>\n<p>Available in 1-litre (32 oz) BPA-free and phthalate-free resealable bags.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This is a 100% natural product.\u00a0 Separation of ingredients may occur.\u00a0 Shake well before using.\u00a0 Whisk while heating to reconstitute to the original consistency.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Thaw in fridge:\u00a0 Simply place the bag of soup in the fridge to thaw overnight (placing the bag in a bowl is a helpful trick to catch any potential leaks).\u00a0 Once thawed, transfer the soup to a saucepan and heat it over low to medium heat, stirring frequently, until piping hot.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">From frozen:\u00a0 Place the frozen bag of soup in a bowl of cold water, or run cold water over the outside of the frozen bag until the frozen soup releases from the sides of the bag\u00a0 (never use hot water, as it can cause the dairy in creamed soups to curdle prematurely). \u00a0Slip the contents out of the bag into a saucepan and heat over medium-low heat (high temperatures may cause the soup to burn before it has completely thawed).\u00a0 As the soup softens, use a wooden spoon to break the frozen clumps slightly so it thaws more evenly.\u00a0 Once the soup has thawed to a slushy consistency, heat over medium until piping hot.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Avoid using the microwave for reheating creamy soups, as the uneven heating could cause curdling. If your creamy soup does seem to separate, a quick whisk will bring it back together.
