We start with wholesome, natural ingredients that we source locally as much as possible. Throughout the harvest months, we obtain fresh, locally grown Okanagan vegetables for our soups and chilis that we then freeze so that even when they aren’t in season, we can still support and enjoy local!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We make all of our creations from scratch in our Interior Health-certified facility, in small batches using only whole, real ingredients that you recognize and can pronounce. We obtain the perfect blend of natural flavours by slowly simmering our soups, chilis and beverages for hours, not by overcompensating with salt or sugar or relying on artificial additives. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Because we don’t use any preservatives, we freeze our soups and chilis in BPA-free and phthalate-free bags (70% less packaging than the hard shell containers!) so that you can enjoy a wholesome, nutritious, healthy meal in minutes at your convenience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our beverages are available fresh in 1 litre mason jars, and our baked treats are made to order. The regular infused Iced Coffee, Hot Chocolate, and baked treats can all be frozen to allow you to extend the enjoyment!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
